Chipotle Peach Pancakes with Cinnamon Whipped Cream

Ingredients
- 1 (one) package of frozen sliced peaches OR 2-3 (two to three) fresh peaches
- 2 (two) tbsp butter, unsalted
- 4 (four) tbsp brown sugar
- 2 (two) tsp ground cinnamon (one tsp for cinnamon whipped cream; one tsp for peach topping)
- 1/2 (one-half) tsp ground cloves
- 1 (one) cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 (one-quarter) cup powdered sugar
- Freshly made pancakes from your favorite mix
- 1 (one) bottle EVO Chipotle Peach Sauce

Pancakes
- Make your favorite pancake recipe
Cinnamon Whipped Cream
- Combine 1 (one) cup heavy whipping cream, 1/4 (one-quarter) cup powdered sugar, and 1 (one) tsp ground cinnamon in a mixing bowl.
- Whip cream until desired consistency (thickness) using a mixer or whisk by hand.
Peach Topping
- Using a saute pan, melt 2 (two) tbsp butter over medium-high heat.
- Add peaches, 4 (four) tbsp brown sugar, 1 (one) tsp cinnamon, and 1/2 (one-half) tsp cloves.
- Stir until caramelized (approx 5-8 minutes).
Plating
- On a plate, add 3-4 pancakes and shingle them (see photo).
- Dust pancakes with powdered sugar (as much as you like).
- Add sauteed peaches on top of your pancakes.
- Drizzle desired amount of EVO Chipotle Peach Sauce over your pancakes.
- Garnish pancakes with your cinnamon whipped cream and DEVOUR!
