Hatch Chile Amber Salsa

I am so excited, I just cannot hide it!  This salsa has been a project for years, and I finally was able to bring it to life!

This salsa has a nice heat from the green hatch chiles and a mellow smoothness from the local craft beer we use, Yazoo Gerst Amber Ale.  Beer and Salsa go together like peanut butter and jelly.
